PHOTOGRAPHY & PRIVACY
 

Dynamik D Mobile DJ reserves the right to use or distribute photographs or video filmed at the clients event for any public or commercial purpose, and reserves copyright or any other intellectual property of said videos or photographs. Protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information is important to us, as it is fundamental to the way we conduct business. If the Client wishes no video or photography to be taken, it is the Client’s responsibility to let Dynamik D Mobile DJ know before the date of the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Client and Dynamik D Mobile DJ agree that this contract is not subject to cancellation unless both parties have agreed to such cancellation in writing. In the event the Client cancels the contract more than 14 days prior to the Event, the Client shall pay the DJ the amount set forth above as “Deposit”. Cancellation from the DJ within 2 weeks will refund Deposit amount agreed by both parties.

RAIN OR SHINE
It is understood that if this is a “Rain or Shine” event, Dynamik D Mobile DJ compensation is in no way affected by inclement weather. For outdoor performances, Client shall provide overhead shelter for setup area. Dynamik D Mobile reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel the performance should the weather pose a potential danger to him, the equipment, or audience. Every effort will be made to continue the performance however safety is paramount in all decisions.
